
Bloom Self-Care Savings Membership Terms & Conditions​

Membership Overview

The Self-Care Savings Account is a program that allows you to set aside funds each month for aesthetic services while receiving exclusive discounts and perks. Think of it as a health savings account, but for self-care!
Enrollment & Billing
-
Membership is $100 per month, billed automatically to the credit card on file.

Each monthly payment is banked as a credit for eligible aesthetic services & retail.

Membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment.

After 6 months, membership may continue month-to-month until canceled.
Banking of Funds
-
Banked funds may be applied toward eligible aesthetic services and in-office retail only.

All treatments are to be paid for at the time of service at the exclusive discounted rate.

Banked funds may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used for retail purchases.

Funds remain available while membership is active. Upon cancellation, any remaining funds must be used within 6 months.
Membership Term & Cancellation

Membership may be canceled after the 6-month minimum commitment with 30 days’ written notice.

Any unpaid balances must be resolved prior to cancellation.

If canceled and re-initiated within the first 12 months, a $100 administrative re-initiation fee applies.

Membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, it will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless we receive 30 days’ written notice by email. Please note: all payments are non-refundable.

To cancel after your initial 6-month term, please email info@bloommedicalaesthetics.com by the 15th of the month to avoid being billed for the next month. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days once your cancellation request has been processed.

Pregnancy Clause: If you become pregnant, you may cancel your membership at any time without penalty by providing a doctor’s note. Banked funds will remain on your account for 12 months after cancellation.

Billing & Payments

Payments are auto-drafted monthly on the 1st of every month using the credit card on file.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information, as well as maintain current contact information for timely invoicing.

You authorize House of Bloom Medical Aesthetics to charge your card for program dues, office charges, late fees, and any unpaid balances per office policy.

If your card is declined, you must provide an updated payment method within 3 days.

Accounts with 2 or more failed payments may be suspended or terminated.

Late or unpaid balances are subject to collection efforts, including administrative or legal fees.
Refunds & Transfers

Membership payments and banked funds are non-refundable.
-
Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled member.
Changes to Terms
House of Bloom Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to adjust program pricing, terms, or benefits with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Defaults & Termination

If an invoice is not paid within 3 days, your Self-Care Savings Account will be placed on hold and may be canceled.

If your payment is declined or returned for insufficient funds, you will have 3 days to update your payment method and pay any related bank fees.

If payment is not resolved by the 10th of the month, your membership will be canceled, all previously collected funds will be forfeited, and any outstanding balance will be sent to collections.

Once an account is referred to collections, you will no longer be eligible for a recurring monthly plan at House of Bloom. All future services must be paid in full prior to treatment.

Failure to maintain an active payment method or to resolve unpaid balances within 10 days constitutes default.
-
Default may result in membership termination and loss of access to member benefits.

Outstanding balances are subject to collection, including legal or attorney fees.
