Bloom Self-Care Savings Club Membership Terms & Conditions

 

Membership Overview

The Bloom Self-Care Savings Club is designed to help you invest in yourself consistently while enjoying exclusive savings, priority access, and VIP-style perks as part of the House of Bloom community.

Think of it as a Health Savings Account—but for self-care.

Membership is $100 per month and includes:

  • $100 in Bloom Bucks deposited monthly to your account

  • 5% savings on eligible aesthetic services and retail purchases

  • First access to promotions, specials, and events

  • Priority access to model calls and exclusive treatment opportunities

  • Ability to stack member savings with select promotional pricing when applicable

Monthly Membership Fee

Membership is $100 per month and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 1st day of each month.

One hundred percent (100%) of your monthly membership fee is converted into Bloom Bucks at a 1:1 ratio.

Example:

  • $100 Membership Fee = $100 Bloom Bucks

Bloom Bucks may be accumulated and applied toward eligible services and products while membership remains active.

Eligible Uses of Bloom Bucks

Bloom Bucks may be used toward many aesthetic services and in-office retail purchases, including:

  • Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Jeuveau®, Xeomin®)

  • Dermal fillers

  • Laser treatments

  • CoolPeel® & CO2 resurfacing

  • Microneedling & RF Microneedling

  • Chemical peels

  • Regenerative aesthetic treatments

  • Hair restoration services

  • Vitamin injections

  • Medical-grade skincare

  • Other eligible aesthetic services as determined by House of Bloom

Exclusions

Membership discounts and Bloom Bucks may not be applied toward:

  • Consultation fees

  • Start-up or enrollment fees

  • Concierge Care memberships

  • Compounded medications

  • Prescription medications

  • Laboratory services

  • Online retail purchases

  • Gift cards

  • Previous balances

  • Services specifically excluded by House of Bloom

Additional exclusions may apply.

Membership Savings

Members receive 5% savings on eligible aesthetic services and in-office retail products.

Eligible skincare brands may include:

  • Revision Skincare

  • IMAGE Skincare

  • CauseMedic

  • Other participating brands

Promotional pricing, package pricing, and member savings may be combined when specifically permitted by House of Bloom.

Exclusive Member Benefits

Priority Access to Promotions

Members receive early access to:

  • Practice specials

  • Seasonal promotions

  • Product launches

  • Educational events

  • Exclusive member offers

​

Priority Access to Model Calls

Members are the first patients notified when model opportunities become available.

Model calls may provide access to select treatments at significantly reduced pricing while participating in educational events, training sessions, content creation, or demonstrations.

Selection for model opportunities is not guaranteed and remains at provider discretion.

Membership Commitment

Membership requires an initial six (6) month commitment.

After the initial six-month term, membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with this agreement.

All membership payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Membership may be canceled after the initial six-month commitment by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice via email to:

info@houseofbloommed.com

To avoid billing for the following month, cancellation requests should be received no later than the 15th day of the current month.

A confirmation email will be provided once the cancellation request has been processed.

Pregnancy Pause

If a member becomes pregnant, membership may be paused or canceled without penalty upon receipt of appropriate medical documentation.

Any accumulated Bloom Bucks will remain available for twelve (12) months following cancellation or pause.

Banking & Expiration of Funds

Bloom Bucks remain active while membership remains active and in good standing.

If membership is canceled, any remaining Bloom Bucks must be used within six (6) months of the cancellation date.

Unused Bloom Bucks expire after six (6) months following cancellation and have no cash value.

Bloom Bucks:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

  • Cannot be sold

  • Cannot be exchanged for gift cards

Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize House of Bloom Medical Aesthetics & Wellness to automatically charge the payment method on file each month for membership dues and any authorized balances.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

If payment fails, members must provide an updated payment method within three (3) business days.

Failed Payments & Default

Membership benefits may be suspended if payment is not successfully processed.

If payment remains unresolved after ten (10) days:

  • Membership may be terminated

  • Membership benefits may be revoked

  • Outstanding balances may be referred for collection

Members remain responsible for any unpaid balances, collection costs, attorney fees, and other expenses incurred in collecting amounts owed.

Non-Transferability

Membership benefits, discounts, and Bloom Bucks are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

​

Changes to Membership

House of Bloom Medical Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Disclaimer

Membership provides access to savings and account credits but does not guarantee treatment eligibility, pricing, appointment availability, or specific outcomes.

All services remain subject to provider evaluation, medical appropriateness, and clinical discretion.

House of Bloom Medical Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment when medically appropriate.

Member Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Bloom Self-Care Savings Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions, including the six-month commitment, automatic monthly billing, cancellation requirements, Bloom Bucks usage limitations, expiration policies, and membership benefit structure.
