Before Treatment

• Avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, fish oil, and alcohol for 48 hours.

• Begin Arnica 2 days prior (optional).

• Do not schedule if pregnant or on blood thinners.

After Treatment

• Expect mild swelling and tenderness.

• Massage treated areas 5× a day for 5 minutes for 5 days.

• Avoid exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.

• Temporary volume will subside before collagen builds (visible at 6-8 weeks).

Follow Up

• Series of 2-3 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart; results can last 2-5 years.
